Crumb Co. is a Tulsa-area culinary brand that was growing fast — faster than the infrastructure behind it. The product was earning customers. The brand was not keeping up.

There was no defined visual identity to build on. No logo system, no color standards, no consistent voice. Every touchpoint looked slightly different from the last, and the online presence did not reflect the quality of what was coming out of the kitchen.

For a business selling a product people taste and remember, that gap matters. Word-of-mouth was doing the work the brand should have been doing. Crumb Co. needed to go from zero identity to a complete, commerce-ready brand — without losing the character that made customers loyal in the first place.

Then we built the digital real estate to match. We designed and developed a custom website with integrated Stripe payment processing, so customers can order and pay directly on Crumb Co.'s own site — no third-party marketplace taking a cut of every sale. The content strategy was written around their market position, so the words carry the same standard as the visuals.
